The Bourne Legacy (2012)

Starring: Jeremy Renner, Rachel Weisz, Edward Norton, Stacy Keach, David Strathairn, Joan Allen, Albert Finney

Directed by: Tony Gilroy

PG-13. 125 mins

Unfortunately, the incoherent plot and sudden ending (which foreshadows a sequel, of course) leaves me yearning for the intelligent storytelling of the previous films because once the action stopped, I actually began thinking   – * * 1/2
